Dance Without Limits

By completing and submitting the official application form on the website application customer (buyer) expressly confirms that he/she has read and agrees to the contents of the seller's general terms and conditions with them.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") regulate the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from the contract for a stay at the dance internship Dance Without Limits (hereinafter referred to as "TBH") concluded between the customer and the organizer Pop Balet, z.s., Zvonková 3048/2, Záběhlice, 106 00 Praha 10, ID No.: 70804818 L 10537/MSPH Municipal Court in Prague. These GTC are an integral part of the SoZ or any other contract that refers to them.

  1. The TBH application form and the GTC apply to a specific person's application for this dance camp. By applying, the dancer (his/her legal representative) undertakes the obligations arising from these General Conditions. The subject of the contract between the TBH operator and the dancer (legal representative) is the recreational stay. Parent means the client - the legal representative of the child (hereinafter referred to as the legal representative), the provider Pop Balet, z.s.
  2. A TBH participant is a person whose stay is supported by a duly completed application form and the price has been paid in accordance with the instructions of the event organizer. Persons under 18 years of age are represented by a person over 18 years of age (legal guardian of the child). The legal representative assumes full responsibility for the fulfilment of the agreed contractual conditions. The contractual relationship between the legal guardian and TBH is established and becomes effective upon submission of the application form and its e-mail confirmation by Pop Ballet, z.s.
  3. The condition for acceptance is a binding application, payment of the deposit within 14 days of registration, payment of the total amount by 31.5. and registration on site + handing over the current relevant documentation upon arrival.
  4. If false or incomplete information in the enrolment medical documentation results in a health risk to the participant or the team, there are legal and financial consequences for the legal representative.
  5. The TBH participant is obliged to comply with the TBH rules, the regime of the day and the instructions of the management and lecturers, especially the instructions concerning the safety and health of the participants. The participant is obliged to refrain from behaviour that may cause harm to other TBH participants.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to cancel an application without a paid deposit. The deposit must be paid within 14 days of sending the application form and the balance must be paid no later than 31 May 2024.
